Take a photo that captures the image and spirit of Farm Bureau in Illinois and/or agriculture. One Grand Prize winner will be awarded $150.00 One Members Favorite winner will be awarded $50.00 Three First & Second place prizes will be awarded in the following categories: 1. Kids & Critters 2. All In A Days Work 3. The Back 40 First Place: $75.00 Second Place: $25.00 Honorable Mentions will be published along with top winners. Rules: 1. One entry per person, per category - open to all ages. 2. Only Illinois Farm Bureau members and their immediate family are eligible (spouses, parents, children).Employees of Illinois Farm Bureau and Illinois Agricultural Association ® affiliated companies, County Farm Bureaus, or their families, are not eligible. 3. This is an amateur contest. Professional photographers are not eligible. Images must have been taken in the state of Illinois and taken in 2007-2009. Entries may be mailed or uploaded. To submit by regular mail, contestant must submit an original print or high-quality reprint sized 4”x6”, 5”x7”, or 8”x10”. To upload your digital file, visit Ken Kashian’s gallery at www.ilfb.org. Contest entries must include an entry form. Contestant must have appropriate written permission to use a person’s image or likeness in a photo. Photos may be submitted between May 15 and October 15, 2009. Entries must be postmarked by October 15, 2009. Winning photos will be published in IFB publications, on the IFB website and displayed at the IFB annual meeting. The Member’s Choice winner will be chosen at IFB Annual Meeting in December. Photos will not be returned and will become the sole property of Illinois Farm Bureau.
