NEXT DOCENT MEETING:
There is no Docent Meeting in May. During June, July and August, in lieu of Regular Meetings, we have Social Meetings consisting of brief announcements and a featured speaker. Our next meeting is Wednesday June 25, beginning at 5:30 pm

Schedule Changes
We are in the process of determining a date for a special Sensory Garden “Preview Opening”, just for the volunteers and docents, to coincide with the Volunteer Appreciation Dinner. I have heard from several of you that you will not be in town in June, and the Sensory Garden will not be completed by the time we originally had anticipated. We want to honor all of you for your efforts to plan the exhibit and raise money for this exciting new memorial garden in honor of Dorcas. You be the first to attend an official preview opening event, before we do the public opening, and this event will be followed by the Volunteer Appreciation Dinner. So please stay tuned for the dates and times to come. We are predicting a September completion and dinner date.
