We moved here from just a mile away in 1993.  We were very lucky to get this lot...there is a wooded lot to the right and trees in the back yard.  The property backs up to Trump National Golf Course (Washington).  In 2005, we added the double waterfall, patio and Koi pond.  The waterfall won a landscaping award and is featured on a web site.  The country club is right around the corner and is one of the top clubs in the area.  We have done extensive work inside the house including an amazing master bedroom suite.  The house has a workout room, a full woodworking shop, hot tub, steam shower, two double showers, three big screen TV’s, and a quarter scale barn playhouse in the basement.
