If you want to buy this month’s copy of Gospel Today, you may have to ask the Christian bookstore clerk to get it from under the counter. Lifeway Christian Bookstores are owned by the Southern Baptist Convention, and the magazine’s cover features female pastors. The SBC leaders say you must have a penis to be a pastor. No penis, no rack space for Gospel Today’s September/October issue.
