Freedom of speech win
Many universities have speech codes, which many judges have found unconstitutional. At Temple University a graduate student challenged one of those policies as “vague and overbroad” and a federal judge agreed. During the lawsuit Temple changed its policy. However, the ruling only applies to the schools in the 3rd Circuit.
