Can you steal free stuff?
If you want more than one free newspaper, real estate guide, or career publication, is it stealing if you take a few...or a few hundred?
The staff at the newspaper at Sheperd University in West By God Virginia (where the above model and yours truly were born) were all over a story of two football players being busted for drugs. For some reason all 2,500 copies were quickly missing from the racks.
So, can you steal free newspapers? Is it expression? Suppression? Theft?
