Scarface Tomato
(I know I had said Mutant Trying-To-Be-Double Tomato was going to be the next one, but it’s still solidly green.)
Scarface is the first ripening tomato on the Fantastic plant. Scarface and the other tomatoes enjoyed midday thundershowers today. There are now five tomatoes (four on Patio, Scarface on Fantastic) that are no longer green. The tomatoes on Fantastic are somewhat larger than Patio’s tomatoes, though at best they’d be considered medium-sized. There is one Patio tomato that will be as large as Fantastic’s.
Patio’s second tomato will be ready in a day or two, with its clustermates following shortly thereafter.
