It’s two things. 1) It’s only two days later and there still isn’t anything exciting happening in Tomato Land. 2) Even if there were, I wouldn’t have had time to take photos today it’s Monday and bowling has started. So this two-day-old photo of guest tomatoes will have to do (Big Boys and Patios). They’re slated for some kind of cooking action to go over pasta, perhaps in combination with the guest bell peppers that came to me at the same time. Those I roasted; some have already gone into a lentil salad. There also are a whole bagful of freshly-dug-up carrots and green beans.

 

The tomatoes are resting comfortably on the window sill.
