    I visited Bull Point recently for the first time in a couple of years.

    When you pass the gatehouse, just off Highway 21, you expect something special. And the neighborhood delivers.

    Estate-sized lots, sizzling deep-water property, amenities that would impress the most discriminating home buyer, and other great elements make Bull Point special.

    And Bull Point gets a bad wrap as far as convenience. It’s a lot more convenient than you might think.

     Although the estate-sized lots in this 700-plus acre deep-water community might suggest other-wise, Bull Point is an easy 15 to 20 minute drive from historic Beaufort, SC.

    Nature reigns at Bull Point, which has been shaped for thousands of years by the waters and tributaries of Huspah Creek.

    Amenities include a spectacular clubhouse, pool, and oyster shack. There are two deep-water community docks, one of which has dual floaters.

    Charleston is an easy hour drive to the north, and Savannah is located just south.
