Yoga is supposed to make people feel good. It did the exact opposite for me today. I went to the gym today and took cardio/weight training class that my gym calls Club Strength. During, and immediately after the class, I felt great about myself. But then the yoga class started. I think my muscles were very fatigued after the first class and so I had some trouble maintaining some of the poses--

Well, I think I started my day right. For starters, I slept in. I never sleep in on the weekends unless I went out drinking the night before and I am hungover (which hasn’t happened in a while). Today I slept until almost 10am! I am usually up by 8 am at the latest on Saturday and Sunday. Why? Because I feel that when I sleep in, I am missing out on the day somehow.

*SIGH*. The Hot Buffalo Wing Pretzels won. So did the tiramisu, and so did the Arizona Iced Tea.
I have failed in my quest to not be fat for the day. And then to make myself feel better I did something really dumb. I made cinnamon rolls. And of course, I ate several cinnamon rolls.

Tomorrow is another day. Let’s see how I do then.

This is for me. I am not sending this to anyone. I don’t care if anyone reads this. I just want some sort of record so I can hold myself accountable.
I wouldn’t say that I am unhappy, but I am definitely not living the way I want t live. I have a husband whom I love very much and who makes me laugh (but also infuriates me on a regular basis). My job: ditto.
