Easter Weekend

This year we all went to Illinois to visit some of Katie’s family. The flight to Chicago was a piece of cake, but we won’t discuss the flight home !! The kids had a blast playing with their cousins, Aylssa, Holly, Nicholas Kylie and Cole. Unfortunately Tyler could not join us due to a tummy bug. We are very thankful that his mommy and daddy keep him home. Hopefully we will get to see them next time.

Once we got back home to Texas Papa Tom had to come and watch Kaden and Kinsi due to Roxanne (nanny) being exposed to Whooping Cough at her church on Sunday. The kids really enjoy spending time with papa, even though Kinsi was once again sick with yet another ear infection !! I think this is her 3rd or 4th once since her 1st birthday. Dr. Brown says if she gets one more it will mean a trip to the ENT for possible tube in her ears. Hopefully it is all just due to cold and flu season.

Katie is getting into the jewelry business for fun and hopefully it will lead to the end of working in the dental world and she can stay home with the kids during the day and have fun throwing parties at night. As for Kip, he is still hard at work with Ergotron and trying to keep up with this enormous yard that he thought he always wanted :) Ha-Ha. Kip has also lost 22lbs in the past 2 months. We are so proud of him !!
