Muppet fans mainly know me as the puppet performer and voice of fiery tomboy Red Fraggle on the Jim Henson TV series Fraggle Rock and as the puppeteer of the chatty little blue Worm in the movie Labyrinth.

I've been a Muppet fan ever since seeing them on the Ed Sullivan Show and taught myself puppet performing by watching Sesame Street and The Muppet Show. In 1980, after I sent the
Henson company a video- tape of my puppet work, Jim Henson personally auditioned and hired me to puppeteer my first Muppet character, the fanatically playful Deena Monster on Sesame Street.

Over the next 16 years my Muppet work took me from the US and Canada to England, where I lived for nine years. In 1997 I put puppeteering on hold when I was given the precious
opportunity to train and work as a computer animator at Pixar Studios. I have since enjoyed animating with wonderful folks at Tippett Studio on various TV ads and films and at DNA Productions on the 2006 animated feature The Ant Bully.

My real-world adventures have included travelling, hiking, hot-air ballooning, kayaking, biking, white-water rafting, sailing, historic
train car trips, and exploring the inspiring treasures of the natural world.

I'm immensely grateful to have had all these amazing experiences and to have made many, many dear friends along the way.

I owe my deepest appreciation to my family and everyone whose support and friendship helped make these adventures possible!
