California Real Estate Broker Pat Kapowich has hosted the consumer-protection cable TV show since 1999, which addresses risk management issues associated with home sales, teaches consumers how to properly buy and sell real estate in numerous scenarios, get through escrow safely and how to avoid the pitfalls of poorly structured buy/sell agreements.
