June 28, 2004 -- Silicon Valley, CA – Real Estate Broker Pat Kapowich announced that on June 30 he will host the taping of his 100th televised real estate program -- Kapowich on Real Estate -- with guest speakers from the San Jose law firm of Rossi, Hamerslough, Reishl and Chuck (RHRC).

California Real Estate Broker Pat Kapowich has hosted the consumer-protection cable TV show since 1999, which addresses risk management issues associated with home sales, teaches consumers how to properly buy and sell real estate in numerous scenarios, get through escrow safely and how to avoid the pitfalls of poorly structured buy/sell agreements. He lives in his hometown of Sunnyvale, works out of Alain Pinels Saratoga office and unlike most real estate sales professionals, Pat represents home sellers and buyers throughout Silicon Valley.

The Kapowich on Real Estate show being taped on Wednesday features Ron Rossi, the senior partner at the law firm that bears his name and one of the preeminent real estate counselors in California, his son and attorney Dean Rossi, who is also affiliated with RHRC, and Mr. Rossis (Sr.) partner David Hamerslough. The four experts plan to discuss buying homes in multiple offer situations, "As-Is" sales, accidentally selling a home twice, contingencies and tracking deadlines during the escrow process.

The show will be aired during August in 25 cities on a dozen cable TV channels from South San Francisco to South San Jose. For a complete listing of the cable outlets, please see Pats website www.SiliconValleyBroker.com then look at the sub-head, "Kapowich on Real Estate."

Mr. Kapowich launched the widely viewed television program during the economic boom of the late 1990s, with powerful editorial content devoted to consumer protection. His straight talk and facts address concerns about residential real estate transactions with appeal to first-time buyers, seasoned homeowners, property investors and real estate professionals. Guests range from noteworthy real estate attorneys, professional home inspectors, mortgage officers and representatives of leading financial institutions, property managers, geologists, title insurance experts and others in real estate. Kapowich on Real Estate is a family affair, with Pats son Ryan serving as director and lead cameraman for the shows production.

"Five years ago when we thought we were at the top of the market, I saw a need for consumers to learn more about the real estate sales process, technical matters affiliated with buying and selling homes and legal issues that can unwind a transaction or worse, put consumers in court. Most consumers think marketing is the only aspect of home sales. While the importance of marketing properties exceptionally well is paramount to doing ones job as a real estate agent, its just half of the job. Sorting through stacks of legal documents, disclosure compliance and competing for property sales are some of the technical components the show focuses on," said Mr. Kapowich. The show was formerly known as Silicon Valley Real Estate.

Pat Kapowichs real estate credentials include California Real Estate License (1987), Graduate REALTORS® Institute (1992), Certified Residential Specialist (1993), Accredited Buyer Representative (1995) and California Real Estate Broker (1997). He has helped hundreds of individuals, couples and families acquire and sell residential real estate throughout the South Bayhttp://www.bizjournals.com/sanjose/stories/2004/07/12/newscolumn1.htmlhttp://www.SiliconValleyBroker.comshapeimage_2_link_0shapeimage_2_link_1
