James gets confirmed
Went with Cat and Priya to St. Mary’s Magor to support James yesterday as he was confirmed by the Bishop. (james is the one on the left btw!) Bishop gave an excellent sermon/talk/series of stories including this little phrase which has stuck with me - “to live with the Spirit is to live

the lab went over to Bristol on Sunday Night to BCF’s Aardvark meeting for young adults. Nice to make a link with another group :)

on the altar
spoke at the LAB on Sunday night about freedom....and how it is linked with being selfless. we looked at some scriptures in 2 Tim and Philippians about pouring out lives and set up a little altar and poured out a bottle of wine into a chalice that overflowed into a bowl as a sign of wanting to
