bout time to get ready for church. not sure where this week has gone! preaching this morning on “how to read the bible”. Got some chore to do first at home and get the kids sorted. L has gone to London for the day as it is Lily Douglas’ christening. Gutted to miss it...

 

had a bit of a pirate bash on Friday with about thirty pirates round for beer and sausages. Last alpha went well but quite glad to reclaim my Wednesdays for the moment! negotiations about a new lease for the offices on the church balcony are on going but are moving in the right direction....i think.

 

today Steve Short is getting ordained in Tewkesbury. I wish I was there too!

 

but most of all I am glad to be here....praying for the coming of God’s kingdom in and through us as the church family of St. Paul’s....good times
