Episode 10: Habeas Corpus for Enemy Combatants
 
This edition of Ears on Justice features comments and remarks made by panelists at an May 17, 2007 program organized by  Justice at Stake Campaign’s partner organizations, the Constitution Project and the Brennan Center for Justice.  The panelists discussed Congress' current consideration whether to clarify the jurisdiction of the federal courts to hear habeas corpus claims being made by detainees at Guantanamo Bay. Panelists included Jonathan Hafetz of the Brennan Center for Justice; Lieutenant Commander William C. Kuebler, Judge Advocate General's Corps, United States Navy, Defense Counsel, Office of Military Commissions; Hon. Patricia Wald, former Chief Judge, U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C.
