YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT
you are alive, so eat lots of living food
don’t take it second hand... Stop the milk and protein insanity! Cows get their protein and calcium from living greens (when free to graze), it’s how nature intended. Are we really not smarter than cows?
What’s that smell? Odors from our bodies including sweat, flatulence and yes.. your breath is a sign of what’s in your gut. Imagine rotten dead food caked on the inside of many feet of intestine. The odor from that will escape from the body in any way possible.
If I have a hard thick plaque of rotten food lining the inside of my intestine how will my body absorb nutrients from the foods I eat? It won’t! But your body will keep telling you to eat more food in an effort to get the nutrients it needs...leading to obesity and ironically, malnutrition.
Raw fruits, vegetables, herbs and sprouted grains/lentils are living foods that will help cleanse the body of toxins from this “waste build-up”.
Consider using a safe detox plan to clean the colon so it can heal and properly absorb nutrients while helping the body maintain a healthy weight. BAGS
Bags - paper vs plastic: neither - reusable cotton, canvas, polyester, hemp etc.
Reusing plastic bags for trash bags and doggie poop bags is not helping the environment.
Purchase inexpensive biodegradable dog bags and trash bags that are made from corn or other petroleum alternatives.
LUNCH
reusable lunch bags, look for ones made with recycled materials and without lead
glass or stainless steel containers instead of plastic
Wrap-n-mats and Snack TAXI bags instead of single use plastic sandwich/snack bags
bamboo To-Go Ware or utensils from home instead of plastic disposable utensils
 cloth napkins
stainless steel water bottle BODY BASICS
your skin is your body’s largest organ - don’t put anything on it you don’t want in it...
natural fiber clothing such as silk, wool, hemp and cotton (preferably organic cotton)
purchase organic make-up & skin care PROTECTING YOU AND YOUR FAMILY
Our health is under attack by our polluted environment. Consider the following...
Children who grow up in homes where the yards were treated with lawn chemicals are 7X more likely to be diagnosed with leukemia.
The air pollution is the average home is 100X more concentrated than the outdoor air due to “out gassing” from paint, carpet, furniture & cleaning products.
Scientists estimate that everyone alive today carries within her or his body at least 700 contaminants, most of which have not been well studied.
This “body burden” of chemicals in our body contributes to many health problems including: allergies, skin problems, hormone disruption, infertility, miscarriages, MS, and cancer (to name a few). CLEANING
use non toxic cleaning products
avoid using chlorine
avoid products with fragrance
use micro fiber cloths
use eco-friendly laundry detergents
consider the fact that the chemicals used to “disinfect” are often more dangerous to your health than the bacteria you’re trying to kill
use essential oils, citrus seed extract or colloidal silver to disinfect
