Will I be inundated with buyer questions?
No. JTN Music will handle all buyer questions. In the rare case a buyer will ask a question that only the owner can answer, JTN Music will contact you regarding the question.
Where will my item live during the selling process?
Your item can stay at its current location (most likely your studio) or JTN Music can make arrangements to pick up the item from you, and house it in our smoke-free studio. The choice is yours. There is a $3 housing fee for the item living at JTN Music.
What happens when my is sold?
When your item is sold, JTN Music will contact you with the good news. JTN Music will collect the money from the buyer and the item will be shipped to the seller. JTN Music will then send the sale price minus 5% commission and expenses to the seller via seller’s preferred method of payment.
How will my item be shipped to the buyer?
If the item is at JTN Music, we will handle all packing and shipping of the item. Your item will not be sent to the seller until payment is received. We will send the item via UPS. Shipping costs will be payed for by the buyer, unless otherwise indicated by the seller.
If the item is in seller’s possession, the seller will be alerted when payment of the item has been received. At this time, the seller can elect JTN Music to pick up the item and ship it (Los Angeles area only, a $5 pickup fee will be charged to the seller), or the seller can handle the shipping themselves.
How long will it take my item to sell?
JTN Music has a track record of getting items sold quickly, but there is no way for us to predict how quickly an item will sell. We will begin our listing process the same day we received your submission form.
What happens if my item does not sell?
JTN Music will continue to list your item at no further charge until your item has sold (extra listing fees incurred by JTN Music will be deducted from item’s sale price once item is sold).
