The Best of Texas is a themed restaurant out of Cafe Laura.   It has been put together by a group of students in the Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management major.  The dinner will feature Texan food and a laid back Texan atmosphere in a fine dining manor.  All entrees are made fresh on site and cooked to order.  The students take great pride in preparing and delivering exceptional service so that the guest has a great experience.
