ITEM! First off, Scott McCloud’s twenty-four hour comic day has come and gone - but newsarama.com’s site had a nice little showing from one Mr. Mike Norton! It’s nice to see Mike’s writing his own material and having a good time doing some comics “his way.”

ITEM! Pages #13-16 of SHORT-STACK arrived in my hand today and I will be lettering them tonight. Drew has already finished inking Page #17 is working his way through Page #18! Keep plugging away, Drew!

ITEM! So, what was I doing during the time not blogging and Drew was so diligently working away at Issue #2 of SHORT-STACK you ask?
Well, I have been working, just n nothing you can see (yet). Basically I’m prepping everything to get ready for Issue #2 to be able to go to press for the “proof” the day after I receive them. That means getting the design and text handled for the inside covers (front and back) as well as the rest of the back matter. What’s that? You want to see some of Issue #2? Alright, how about just the cover!
At Oskar Blues, we dig bodacious beer. We carefully craft our robust brews in small (20-barrel) batches with loads of the best ingredients.
