Don Pablo Amaringo is a great friend to all who know him. He is a wise and sagacious teacher of the natural spiritual truth and the first painter to reveal the hidden world shown only to the experienced ayahuasquero. He paints from his photographic memory recalling the visions he received during his ten years as a practicing shaman.
Today Pablo paints and instructs art at the Usko-Ayar School of Amazonian painting in Pucallpa - Peru, where he teaches students at no cost. Pablo has trained thousands of students in art and rightful living. In 19## Pablo received the Global 500 Award from the United Nations for his sustained dedication to environmental preservations and education.
Pablo’s earlier paintings can be seen in the book Ayahuasca Visions: The Religious Iconography of a Peruvian Shaman. To order the book please contact: orders@northatlanticbooks.com.
His original artworks are available for purchase as high quality Gicleé prints on canvas or paper. His artwork is also available for one-time use in books or other media products. Art purchases directly support the work of Pablo, the Usko-Ayar school and the Council for Cultural and Biological Diversity.
