Employment
I have been self-employed for 22 years. I started making and selling jewelry on the streets of NYC in 1990 graduating from selling assemblage pins in front of Rizzoli, to being invited to do their windows on West Broadway. I opened my own storefront gallery on Elizabeth St. in 1990 and then started a wholesale craft business to supplement the sales from my studio. I participated in the International furniture show and gift show at the Jacob Javits center. My work in design and fabrication helped me win my first commissions for the percent for the arts program of NYC. I have sold my own art and worked with galleries for twenty years. In 2004 I closed my fabrication shop and have been concentrating on photography. Besides developing my personal projects, I now license my work and shoot portraits.
