Founded in 1995 and based at the Drill Hall in Lincoln UK, Converse Theatre is a professional company operating as a social enterprise. It is a member of the Independent Theatre Council (ITC) and Lincolnshire CDA. It was formally constituted as a non profit-making company limited by guarantee in July 1998 and registered in England No.3602235.
