A Little Bit About Me.........................................
Family:
My husband, Larry, is a family law trial attorney in the firm of
Rice, Amundsen, & Caperton. He has authored several books and travels all over the world presenting seminars. Thanks to his success and popularity on the lecture circuit, we have traveled to some very beautiful and interesting locations. My son, Nick, graduated from CBHS, UT-Knoxville, and the University of Memphis School of Law and he also practices law in the firm. My daughter, Amy, is an alumnae of the St. Agnes Class of 2000, and a graduate of the University of Alabama. She currently lives in Memphis and is an advertising executive with RSVP Magazine.
And --- I can’t forget our brood of dogs! Our family dog, Tuff, is a 12 year old bundle of fur, who seems to mumble under his breath in protest of the other two dogs who share his domain. Maddie, a huge mutt, was “rescued” by Amy and her roommates in college and was eventually kicked out of their house by their landlord -- so, she’s been with us ever since. The newest addition is Buzz, the cutest little white Malti-Poo ever! Just to prove what animal lovers we are, we also take care of two alley cats who were born in our garage about 16 years ago -- they stay outside, love to curl up in the comfy chairs on the front porch and sleep under the hot tub in the backyard during the winter.
I love to read, garden, travel, cook and, especially to spend time with my family. I can also be found at my almost-daily water rowing classes at Inside Out gym!
