Want to submit something to the newsletter? Click HERE or on the EMAIL ME icon at the bottom. Send me image attachments, articles of interest, etc. All VRCFC club members can submit. No article formatting is necessary. Plain text with relevant image attachments, URL links, etc. If you want to cite another website or publication, you should contact the author to be sure they don’t mind our using their information in the Club newsletter.

We'd like to keep the newsletter to less than 1.2MB in size (for those with dial-up networking).

With the 1.2MB file size in mind...

1. Content limits: Submissions to be limited to 1 page of text (font size larger than 10pt), single spaced, no graphics included.

2. Creative liberties: Editing staff reserves right to drop or edit submission(s); if content size, relevancy to the Valley RC Club, aircraft RC hobby or space allocation constraints warrant. This is foremost a local newsletter, therefore special emphasis on local content (club business, member photos, member product reviews, historical photos, etc) will take precedent. If there is room for additional content we'll include it.

3. Photos submitted by club members: Club member aircraft (both flying or on the building board), flying field images, etc. are always welcome...encouraged actually. However we may need to limit the number of images we can put in the newsletter, to keep the overall file size within our 1.2MB constraint. Don't submit dozens of images unless you want us to select the "best of show" for production.
