The book is divided into 5 chapters - DAMAGE, ENDURANCE, TERROR, WASTE and WILDERNESS and incorporates a selection of rubrics that I think pertain to the broader heading of each chapter and I have written about some of the remedies that you can find in each rubric - in all, over 60 remedies are represented.

As a pdf it is best appreciated reading and using it with a computer rather than printing it out - it has a fully functioning search facility with thumbnails that excludes the need for indexing but this is lost if you print it out.
