Strain relaxation
This Igor Pro experiment provides analytical and numerical solutions to the problem of kinetically limited strain relaxation in epitaxial semiconductor films. Igor Pro, for Windows or Mac, is the standard program used by my group for data processing and scientific-quality graphs. It can be acquired from Wavemetrics.
