Many thanks to everyone at XCRacer.com who took the time to cast a vote in the 2008 XCRacer.com Annual Awards. I’m not only chuffed to pieces to be voted ‘Supporter of the Year’ but now I’m overwhelmed to find out that my “Making a Splash” photo has been voted ‘Race Photo of the Year’.

I really can’t thank everyone enough, your support makes my life of lying in ditches throughout the UK even more enjoyable than it already is!

Oh and I must thank the quiet man of the team too... my husband Dave, without his patience, unquestioning tea making, uncomplaining bus driving and sometimes psychic understanding, this job wouldn’t be half as much fun...

Right that’s enough ‘Hollywood’ I must go and find a ditch to lie in... see you out there in 2009, for more of the same!
