Bustin’ Out

I’ve been revisiting this track over the past few days, re-recording it in Logic, rewriting the bass lines, switching to an 8-string bass, adding an exit section and tweaking the drum loops. Its getting closer to what I want it to sound like, although the bass is a little heavy in the mix right now. It still needs a bridge and solo in the middle. And better sounding drums. They’re midi at the moment, so I’m really looking forward to the tax refund so I can grab Ocean Way Drums and get some really good sounding drum samples in there...
