Trip to Iceland

As summer season for Geysir creeps up closer I needed to head to Iceland to do a bit of work and do a few meetings. And after the intense stints of work lately I am also having a week off so I'm taking gogo and jogo with me. This is jogo's first visit to Iceland, her first flight to another country.
Flying with jogo proved a breeze, at least compared to what we were expecting. The personal in-flight media system was an absolute livesaver, good going on that one airline people. We did however have a few rough days just after arrival, as my usually brilliant business partner had hooked us up with a flat in the middle of the Ingolfstorg square in Reykjavik, the very one motorcycle enthusiasts meet every night and hang out until the wee hours. Three nights of sleep deprivation and everyone going at each other. In the end Anna Maria helped us out hooking us up with a flat that her studio partner Geiri rents out on short term basis.
I did five very rapid shoots of new cars entering our system and we also reconnected with our ex-programmers as they need to smooth out a few serious glitches in the system they built for us.
My family got to meet jogo in person for the first time. An incredibly special moment. There were dinners and get togethers with the extended family. It was really nice to see everyone, some people I have not even seen since I moved to Norway. I really suck at keeping in touch with people, it's actually a tad pathetic.
We took one of the motorhomes from my business and had a three day out of town experience in and around Snaefellsjokull. It rained on us the entire time, except the morning we went home. We still had a nice time there as its such a magical place. I shot some pictures of gogo wearing a fluffy red dress upon the lower sections of the Snaefellsjokull galcier, in typical Icelandic wind and rain and fog. Made some nice photos though.
We stayed the final days in Anna Maria's flat, hanging out and just chillin'
