Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken (chopped)
- 1 cup broccoli (chopped)
- ½ cup red bell pepper (chopped)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded), (4 oz)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- ½ cup Mayo
- 2 teaspoons dill mix or 1 t. dry dill weed
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 packages crescent rolls, (8 oz)
- 1 egg white (lightly beaten)
Method
Preheat oven 375
Mix chicken, broccoli, pepper, cheese, and garlic in bowl. Add mayo, dill, salt. Mix.
Unroll 1 package crescent rolls. Do not separate. Place on baking stone. Unroll other package of rolls. Place on stone so dough is long side to long side. Roll dough to edge of stone with rolling pin. Seal perforations. Cut dough into strips 1 1/2 inches apart 3 inches deep. Place filling on dough. Pull up strips, turn and tuck under. Brush egg white over dough. Bake 25-28 min. until brown
