Ingredients
- 1 lb. sausage links
- 8 eggs
- 1 ½ cup milk
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 slices bread, (2 to 3)
- 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
Method
Cook sausage and cut into small pieces. Tear bread and place in bottom of 9X12 greased pan. Spread sausage over the top of the bread and then sprinkle cheese evenly over sausage and bread. Beat eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pour over layers. Refrigerate overnight or freeze. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 mins.
