Ingredients
- 1 egg, well beaten
- ½ cup milk
- ¼ cup oil
- 1 ½ cups flour
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¾ cup blueberries
Method
Grease bottom of muffin cups. Beat egg with milk and oil. Add sifted flour, sugar, and baking powder, salt; mix just until moistened. Stir in blueberries. Fill prepared muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown in a 425 ∞ oven. Cool.
