Method

Drain and pit cherries, saving syrup. Measure syrup and add enough water to make 2 cups. Heat to boiling. Pour over jello, stirring until dissolved. Cool, add lemon juice and ginger ale. Pouring this slowly down the side of bowl to preserve the bubbles. Chill till partially set. Fold in cherries. Pour into oiled 1 1/2 quart ring mold.

Chicken salad directions: Combine ingredients. Chill 1 hour to blend flavors. Serve in center of ring.
