Ingredients
- 2 packages broccoli, thawed
- 1 can water chestnuts, drained
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- ½ cup carrots, grated
- ½ cup onions, chopped
- 2 cups rice, uncooked
- 16 ounces cheese whiz
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups milk
Method
Blend together cheese whiz, soup and milk in a saucepan until smooth. Remove from heat. COmbine all ingredients in a 13x9 pan and bak for 1 hour at 250'. This reheats easily and it almost better wamred up.
