Ingredients
- 1 can orange juice concentrate, (12 oz.)
- 1 can lemonade concentrate, (12 oz.)
- 2 large cans pineapple juice (not concentrate)
- 4 bananas
- 6 cups water
- 3 liters seven up or other lemon-lime soft drink
Method
Blend together 3-oz orange juice concentrate, 3-oz lemonade concentrate, Ω can pineapple juice, 1 banana and 1- Ω cups water. Freeze in Ω gal. Milk cartons. (This recipe will fill 3 cartons.) When ready to serve, thaw slightly. (May be done in punch bowl by peeling off carton from frozen punch base). Mash punch mix and stir in 7-up to serve. Each batch fills 1 punchbowl or 2 pitchers.
