Ingredients
- ½ cup low fat ricotta cheese
- ½ teaspoon ground allspice
- 2 Tablespoon clover honey
- ½ cup quick-cooking rolled oats
- 1 cup egg substitute
- ½ teaspoon maple flavoring
- ¼ cup raisins
- ½ cup non fat milk
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- 7 ounces cooked no-egg noodles
- Ground cinnamon to taste
Method
Preheat over to 350∞. Mix together ricotta, allspice, honey, rolled oats, egg substitute, maple flavoring, raisins, milk and salt. Add the noodles and pour into a 9 inch-glass pie dish that has been greased. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350∞ for 15 minutes or until brown and puffy.
