Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ cup cocoa
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup oil
- 1 Tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Filling:
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 egg
- ⅓ cup sugar
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- 6 ounces chocolate chips
Method
Cream cream cheese, egg, sugar, salt and chocolate chips and set aside.
Beat all remaining ingredients until well blended. Fill cupcake liners with 1/3 cupcake filling.
Top each cupcake with a heaping spoonful of the cream cheese mixture.
Bake at 350∞ for 20-30 minutes
