Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 Tablespoon onion
- 2 eggs
- ¼ lb. butter
- ¾ cup bread crumbs
- 3 drops Tabasco sauce
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- Sauce:
- ¾ cup Ketchup
- ½ cup water
- ¼ cup vinegar
- 2 Tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tablespoon onion
Method
Brown meat balls in butter. Place in roaster or casserole.
Simmer sauce 15 minutes. Pour over meat and place in 350 ∞ oven for 30 minutes or until sauce is bubbly.
