I preached this sermon yesterday at the Gospel Service. I don’t really do invitations any more - if they want to do one, more power to them - at any rate, during the invitation, a man came forward and declared Christ!

How awesome is that?

I preached today in chapel. I did a service at 0800 at the NCO Academy way out by Pembroke (about a 30 min drive - still on Post though) and that went really well. I loved being with soldiers - I never turn an opportunity like that down.

I covered for CH Johnson at Victory since he was gone today. Here’s the thing - I usually am much more of a teacher - especially on a sermon like this, John 15. However, this particular congregation has a low tolerance for teaching like I do so I focused on the practical application of the text. I think if you listen you’ll hear that come out.

In classic me, I also put up a tent on stage - it was fun...
