It is adjacent to the historic West Quay Ahuriri harbour district, and only 3.5 km to the center of Napier, New Zealand's finest Art Deco City.


Ahuriri is a very popular dining destination with excellent local restaurants and bars all within minutes walk, plus many boutique shops and historic points of interest.


Ahuriri  is also a very popular spot for a whole range of water activities - kayaking, fishing, sailing and walking, all located in the sheltered conservation area.


The apartment has convenient beach access across the road where you can hire kayaks, wind surfers and sailing boats, as well swim is the safe lagoon. There is also a playground and beautiful walkways-  all available within a minutes walk.
