WHAT DO WE COST?
We can charge by the hour, or take a monthly retainer, or work on a percentage, or agree a fixed project fee.
Usually we charge a monthly retainer, but if we earn any introductory commission as a broker while acting on behalf of our client then we offset it against the following month’s fees.  
A clever client can therefore use us regularly without ever paying us anything.
Our clients all know we represent excellent value for money.

We don’t try to introduce business to you or to sell you anything you didn’t ask for.  Lots of companies want us to introduce them to our clients.  We don’t.
