Rio is our baby girl. She is a Boston Terrier who we co-own with her breeder, Adrienne who is also one of our dearest friends. Rio is the most hilarious dog we own. She is all princess and she knows that she is the innocent little one, and she plays that card very well. She is a spoiled little brat! At a monster 13lbs she tries to snuggle into the smallest places and can she ever snore! Rio started her life to be a show dog and to participate in conformation shows. That career has been put on hold and she is now in training for agility competition. Rio has a ton of personality and you can tell she really loves life. She is happy, brave and a total doll. She is the travel buddy, shopping companion and nighttime snuggler. Rio is smart as a whip which is hilarious during training when she stands there as if to say, “c’mon mom, you know this is when you are supposed to give me the hot dog. I’m not coming off this A-frame until I get it”. She will do anything for food, but she is a tiny little thing. She’s the in-house comedian and we love her! Rio finished her Rally Novice title in the fall and will begin working on her Advacned title very soon.
