As "REDISCOVERED" and brought to my attention by
Marc Dudey:

Bertalanffy and Rapoport (eds.), pp. 203-214.* Now I understand that that paper is a little hard to find, but I don't know what copyright law would say about my providing a scan.
A "LOST" GEM.

My Best Paper to date, and likely mostly/all wrong. Which confluence might well not surprise my readers, if such there be.
Personal opinion:
By the way, in terms of incentives, the "Stag Hunt" isolates and encapsulates "all we have to fear is fear itself." This may have relevance to:
(1)Why interactions with Iran over nuclear issues should not be treated as an adversarial meeting, but rather a discussion of how best to insure the State of Iran's external strategic security. This may be helped by the Supreme Leader of Iran having a better grasp that nuclear weapons are an abomination, and an evil too dangerous to be a necessary evil, than do many leaders I might name.
(2) Why the approach announced by NATO may be of the sort to trade questionable short term advantage for grievous long term risk.
(3) An aspect of why European leaders failure to meaningfully address an economically solvable economic problem raises danger flags.
