The path around the lake is wide and gently rolling.

Bathrooms - Portable toilet on west side 400 yards from parking lot. Pit toilets on east side in picnic area.

Dale Maffit Reservoir is reached by traveling south on I-35 to Highway 5 east.  Follow Highway 5 easy to the intersection of S 35th Street and take it south to SW 72nd Avenue. Go west on SW 72nd Avenue. After you cross I-35, SW 72nd Avenue becomes SW Maffit Lake Drive. Follow it over the dam and turn into the entrance to the park just past the dam.
