One day trip to Washington DC

While working in Philadelphia for two weeks, I took a Saturday trip to Washington DC on Amtrak to walk around the town. I had not been there since 1964. It was below freezing when I started. I had a beautiful clear blue sky as you will see in some of the pictures.

On the next day, I visited Valley forge Pennsylvania.
