The Surfer Divas program is a collaboration between the Hermosa Beach City Schools, Cerritos College and a handful of volunteers such as Uhuru.  The goal of the Surfer Divas Program is to teach middle school aged girls the design, art and craftsmanship behind building surfboards.

 

This is a five week program for which Uhuru is a proud sponsor.  In this movie you will see our shaper, John Reinhard showing the girls the ropes.
