Bike Trip 2009

 
 

Join us for the time of your life!  Here’s how:


1. Apply!  Use the link above to apply online, or click here

     You can request financial aid here.


2. Attend!  The following meetings are MANDATORY to attend the Bike Trip.


             PARENTS + YOUTH   Sunday, August 2nd, 7pm, Youth Building.

             This is a paperwork meeting where all necessary permission

             slips and waivers will be signed.  Notary Publics will attend to

             notarize all documents.  1 form of ID must be shown, which will

             be carried on the Bike Trip.   (photo ID’s or an original Birth

             Certificate.  A passport can be used, but is not required.


            YOUTH Wednesday, August 5th, 7 pm, Youth Building.

            This is our Bike / Tent night.  Bring your Bikes for the Bike Trip.

            We will set up tents, assign tent groups, and go over the rules.


            YOUTH

            Friday, August 8th, 7pm, Youth Building


            This is “The LAUNCH.”  Youth will meet their team leaders

            and group, rules will be committed to.  There will be extended

            worship.  Youth must bring their packed saddlebags and drop

            them off, ready for the morning.  (Meeting ends by 8:30 pm)


  1. 3.Pay! The cost of the Bike Trip is $150.  That’s $50 less than last year!!!

             This must be paid by August 1st.   Request financial aid here.


  1. 4.Go!  Arrive at the upper parking lot at Calvary at 5 am on August 8th.

    Eat breakfast before arriving, and bring a sack lunch.  DO NOT FORGET your

    form of ID.  You cannot leave without it.
