Captain Polluto must search the galaxy to find clean water since the water on his planet is thoroughly polluted. Lucky for him, he happens upon Earth where he meets Tommy, an Earth child, who tells him that we have learned to clean our dirty water.  The Captain is amazed and unbelieving, but Tommy proves it all by taking him to see the Professor at the Waste Water Treatment Plant who shows him how it’s done. The Captain, grateful, leaves us in peace, taking back with him the secret of clean water.
