I’ve had a cold for three and a half weeks. I’ve had a cough for the same time. My training schedule is way way off track. My aim now is to make it to the start line without a gut full of day nurse.
I’m still hoping for under 5 hours, but my feet haven’t felt the pounding of the street for some days, my muscles haven’t felt extended since I was in Texas in mid March. I’m narked. Having been able to get under 2 hours for the MK half London is looking intimidating. And cold. Bugger.
